The Minikahda Club: Located minutes from downtown Minneapolis, MN, The Minikahda Club was founded in 1898, It is the oldest country club west of the Mississippi and a premier club in the region. The Club experience is focused on providing superior social and recreational experiences based on the values of family, fellowship, integrity, respect, and inclusiveness. We are in the business of creating fun and memorable experiences.

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to Club Members and guests, ensuring a high-quality dining experience in a welcoming and professional environment.

• Warmly greet Members and guests upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service
• Accurately take food and drink orders for members
• Assist with the tidying of tables, clearing and keeping the dining area clean
• Deliver drinks to tables
• Knowledge of current menus and bi-weekly specials with the ability to make recommendations
• Collaborate with team members, such as kitchen staff, bartenders, host, and wait assists, to provide a seamless dining experience
• Follow established Club service standards
• Handle Member feedback and resolve any issues of concern professionally and promptly
• Proficient use of the Club’s POS system
• Deliver a memorable dining experience

• Knowledge of restaurant etiquette.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.

• Standing for long periods of time
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to work outside in the summer months
