This internship is designed for students passionate about culinary arts who want real‑world experience in a high‑volume, scratch‑kitchen environment. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs, support daily production, and gain exposure to multiple culinary stations while learning Hyatt standards and best practices.

• Hands‑on experience in a full‑service hotel kitchen
• Exposure to a variety of culinary operations, from à la carte to large‑scale banquets
• Mentorship from seasoned chefs and opportunities to shadow different stations
• Training in Hyatt culinary standards, safety protocols, and operational workflows
• A deeper understanding of kitchen operations, teamwork, and career pathways within Hyatt
