Cook to join our growing team!

Valora St. Anthony is located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our community is easily accessible via major roads, including Highway 38 (St. Anthony Blvd) and Highway 65, making us a convenient option for employees in St. Anthony, Columbia Heights, Northeast Minneapolis, Shoreview, and Roseville. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 73-unit assisted living and care suites.

Wage
: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

In this position,you willbe responsible forpreparingfoodin accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations.

Prepare and serve food and mealsin accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.

Direct andassistin cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors,dishes,and utensils.

Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.

Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.

Review and process diet changes and ensure menus aremaintainedand followed in accordance with established procedures.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’sfamilies,and employees.
