Aimbridge Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes for the Corporate HQ outlet, Banquets/Catering in meeting rooms, and Executive Lounge;
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and work areas;
Prepare and service food for Banquets and Associate Cafeteria as specified by restaurant leadership;
Maintain knowledge of menus and production charts and operate kitchen equipment safely;
Breakdown buffets and kitchen line and store food and equipment properly at the end of each meal period
