Dollar General - Up to $65990.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws; ensure store is properly staffed;
Provide training and conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps and counsel or terminate as needed;
Open and close the store a minimum of two times per week;
Review ordering plan and inventory management; maintain in-stock targets and cycle counts;
Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized store and provide superior customer service leadership
