Retail Customer Service

Pay: $11.00–$15.00 per hour (based on experience).

• Start as a Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker) in a 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.
• Advance to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager) by completing the Pawnbroker Certification Program and earning an additional $1 per hour.
• Apply for Store Manager in Training—a 12‑week program that builds the foundation to run your own store.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Assist customers in reaching mutually satisfactory agreements on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
