2020 Companies is hiring a full‑time Merchandising Field Service Representative. The role focuses on executing shared services projects, coordinating with the Field Management team, and delivering exceptional merchandising results.
- Participate in and occasionally lead activities in local/area markets and across the division.
- Accurately track and execute all work functions, ensuring completion by scheduled end dates.
- Communicate consistently with field services management and Field Representatives, responding within 24 hours.
- Complete an average of 30 hours of field work per week over a 12‑month period.
- Maintain up‑to‑date availability and manage job assignments within 48 hours.
- Lead, install, and build displays, end caps, and fixtures; update displays per planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional.
- Lead early projects, overnight and early‑morning installations, and multi‑person teams, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software teams, ensuring successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Work independently and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate in a variety of training and certification programs.
- Accurately record, track, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend, holiday, and early‑morning assignments as needed.
- Provide daily communication, direction, training, and guidance to the team, ensuring role clarity.
- Assist teammates to meet weekly and monthly job timelines.
- Follow up on accurate time‑card submission and reporting anomalies daily.
- Execute shared services initiatives effectively, aligned with organizational goals.
- Build strong relationships with the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support local and regional teams in executing assigned projects.
- Travel to all assigned locations within the market and region as required.
- Represent the company with professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain respectful communication with all team members.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction, continually improving as directed by field KPIs.
- Minimum 18 years of age (insurance requirement).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability:
Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night shifts. - Must maintain at least 30 hours of fieldwork on average within a 12‑month period.
- Physical abilities: climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
- Strong communication skills via phone, text, and e‑mail; respond within 24 hours to support tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); previous retail or merchandising experience preferred.
- Experience with installation and merchandising, hand and power tools, and following planograms.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device for data uploads.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the year and work overnight, early morning, and holiday hours.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead a team and foster continuous improvement in shared services field operations.
- Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
