Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors across the store by demonstrating a command presence and engaging with customers and associates;
Maintain a safe and secure store through attention to detail and strong communication with store leadership;
Lead and train Shortage Control Associates in shortage reduction programs and processes;
Assist in inventory processes and develop action plans to reduce shortage;
Promote Asset Protection programs and internal controls across store operations
