Overview
Cub Rockford Road Liquor on Nathan Lane is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part‑time liquor position. Liquor clerks at Cub provide courteous customer service and handle the sale of liquor and cigarettes while observing all state and local regulations.
Job Responsibilities- Stock liquor supplies
- Provide courteous customer service
- Perform general cleaning of shelves and store areas
- Know all laws and regulations pertaining to liquor sales
- Handle special orders, such as kegs, and have appropriate equipment ready for pickup
- Close and secure gates at end of day
- Work independently
- Operate equipment (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)
- Stand for long periods of time
- Memorize, read, write, and perform basic math
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers
- Exercise good judgment when supervision is not immediately available
- Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information and request supplies verbally or in writing
- Work shifts of varying length and time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk on uneven ground
- Reach, bend, turn, and perform repetitive motions

Actual pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
