As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will serve as a vital representative of our clients’ brands, engaging directly with customers inside high-traffic retail environments. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will help oversee promotional sales efforts, strengthen customer relationships, and support the overall performance of our retail marketing campaigns. The ideal Entry Level Assistant Manager is energized by a fast-paced, performance-driven setting, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and is motivated to grow within a collaborative and team-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Assistant Manager
  • Drive sales, brand recognition and visibility through in-store promotions, event activations, and direct customer engagement.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to increase sales, enrollments, and long-term brand loyalty.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by professionally addressing questions, concerns, and product inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer sales records while strictly adhering to company confidentiality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Assistant Managers to support campaign execution, merchandising initiatives, and promotional strategies.
