Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

As a Senior Sourcing Manager
, you will work with a cross‑functional team including Target Merchants, Planners and Product Design and Development to turn ideas into the merchandise on our stores’ shelves and on our online channels. You will be responsible for partnering with global sourcing and vendors to deliver high‑quality, trend‑right merchandise at a great value to our guests. You will drive sourcing strategy to support global balance, matrix optimization, and help Target achieve our financial plans.

• Four‑year degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant sourcing or merchandising experience
