Location:

Store 2746337, 8331 Normandale Blvd, Bloomington, Minnesota 55437. Shift Availability:
Days, Evenings, Overnight. Job Type: Part time.

• Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions. Assist with our food program as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service while working in various areas around the store (inside and out).
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers daily as part of a fun, energetic team and accomplish daily store tasks.

• Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
• Effective communication and friendly conversation
• Ability to work at a quick pace while having fun
• Teamwork to accomplish daily goals
• Creative problem solving and quick thinking with proactive suggestions

• Retail and customer service experience; sales associate or cashiering experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; eye-hand coordination; may require climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs

• Hiring Range: $14.00 to $15.00
