Hudson Stock Associate

Position Summary

Stock Associate at Minneapolis‑Saint Paul International Airport. This role involves picking orders, pricing products, ordering items, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting overall stock operations.

Advertised Compensation: $19.35 per hour.

• Protect all company assets in the stock area, including non‑stock merchandise.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for stock personnel.
• Place stock orders as required.
• Count and receive incoming merchandise; report shortages or overages to management promptly.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for merchandise returns to vendors.
• Receive freight, load, and unload trucks.
• Provide ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor.
• Isolate, sort, and organize all damaged or outdated products for subsequent supplier credits and returns.
• Organize all merchandise for annual inventory.
• Assist in inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances.
• Notify management of out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Assist in stocking of stores and backrooms.
• Assist in trash removal and recycling.
• Provide flexibility and open availability to work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Work a full/part‑time schedule as required.

• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Good time‑management skills and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in an environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold.
• Effective communication skills.
• Previous stockroom or warehouse experience.
