Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to:

• Make lasting connections with our customers
• Prepare Starbucks products including a variety of coffees and breakfast foods
• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs) and manage shrink
• Assist with merchandising and receiving products to keep our shelves full
• Train and develop future coffee employees
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store

Jerry's would love to see an individual who:

• Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
• Has experience working in a Starbucks (1-2 years preferred)
• Attended Food Safety training
• Is motivated to grow their career and continue learning

Physical requirements:

Frequent:

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 1500 force lbs. (unloading supplies)
• Walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting
• Repetitive motion: turning, bending
• Coffee equipment operation

Mental:

Judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math, basic computer skills

Occasional:

• Lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., using a stool/ladder, kneeling
• Extended exposure to varied temperatures and potential wet surfaces
