Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to:
- Make lasting connections with our customers
- Prepare Starbucks products including a variety of coffees and breakfast foods
- Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs) and manage shrink
- Assist with merchandising and receiving products to keep our shelves full
- Train and develop future coffee employees
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary store
Jerry's would love to see an individual who:
- Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
- Has experience working in a Starbucks (1-2 years preferred)
- Attended Food Safety training
- Is motivated to grow their career and continue learning

Physical requirements:
Frequent:
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 1500 force lbs. (unloading supplies)
- Walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting
- Repetitive motion: turning, bending
- Coffee equipment operation
Mental:
Judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math, basic computer skills
Occasional:
- Lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., using a stool/ladder, kneeling
- Extended exposure to varied temperatures and potential wet surfaces
