Retail Associate/ Customer Service

Responsibilities- Ensure customers receive world-class service and attention in the fitting rooms.
- Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition.
- Be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance.
- Assist in general office duties including mail service, sorting and opening mail, delivering to appropriate individuals/departments, and assisting other office positions as needed.
- Create daily pocket schedules and make signs for all shops.
- Assist in various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed.
- Develop product knowledge and partner with sales associates to help achieve daily selling goals.
- Focus on fashion trends.
- Check customers in and out of rooms while monitoring the amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room.
- Prepare merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor.
- Be knowledgeable to answer questions about location, price, and use of merchandise.

- Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi‑task and problem‑solving skills.

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to complete basic mathematical equations.

Education & ExperienceIdeal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, 1‑3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements / Lifting RequirementsMust be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Medium work – exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. they are expected to follow all safety procedures and perform their duties in a manner that minimizes risk of injury.
Minimum starting wage is $15 per hour.
ScheduleMust be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must be available for a minimum of two weekends per month. Average hours per week: 20.
