Job Overview

Responsible for pricing donated product to meet production standards and goals for store sales. Responsible for selecting quality donated product within Goodwill stores to meet goals for E‑Commerce. Promotes and adheres to Goodwill‑Easter Seals’ mission and values.

• Understand responsibilities of delivering high‑quality salable products at the right time to meet weekly production goals and maintain inventory and e‑commerce targets.
• Follow policies and procedures and execute directives in a timely manner.
• Deliver a high level of customer service ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Pay Range: $15.97 – $23.50/hr
