Customer Service – Self Storage Manager

Overview

Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader. This position is opening immediately.

$17.00 per hour.

• Flexible full‑time schedule between 9:30 am and 6 pm; weekends until 5 pm.

• Operate independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs, recommend units, and sell packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls as required.

• Lift or move items up to 35 pounds.
• Walk throughout facilities; spend about 50% of time outdoors, climbing stairs, opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interiors and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

Experience in customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food or other service‑based companies.

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required (mileage reimbursement available).
