• All other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of Care.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum 18 years of age with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week (preferred); hours are typically up to 12 hours per week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week).

• Competitive hourly pay: $14.60 to $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Bonus potential and a 401(k) plan.
