O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist retail/walk-in customers in selecting merchandise;
Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers;
Maintain and secure cash drawer; process cash, checks, and credit card transactions;
Handle exchanges and returns per company policies; address customer complaints;
Perform daily store tasks including stocking, merchandising, freight receival, and planogram updates; assist with inventory counts and cycle counts;
Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training;
Conduct in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning vehicle codes) as needed;
Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate
