The RoleReporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store’s success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful and long‑term relationships. You will play a key role in day‑to‑day operations, optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual/merchandising standards. You also support inventory management through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
Qualifications- High school diploma
- 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
- 2 years of retail experience is an asset
- Passion for fashion
- Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to service
- Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are an asset
- Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
