The Candy Shop retail staff are responsible foroffering engaging customer service, maintaining a well-organized and clean shop, ensuring efficient & accurate transactions, and supporting social media and loyalty program efforts.
Duties- Provide joyful & authentic customer service to guarantee a memorable experience.
- Actively engage customers in the shop's loyalty program & explain benefits.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the candy inventory, including ingredients, allergens, and flavor profiles, to offer personalized recommendations and answer customer questions.
- Efficiently and accurately operate the point-of-sale and online ordering systems to process cash, card & digital transactions.
- Contribute to the daily maintenance of a clean, well-stocked & organized retail space.
- Assist in creating fun, engaging social media content showcasing new arrivals or shop highlights.
- Weekend & evening availability
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently
- Physically able to stand long periods of time & lift 50 lbs
- Dependable, flexible and team-oriented
