This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who may have little or no construction experience
, but are driven to build a long-term sales career (enter progressive language).

• Generate opportunities through door-to-door and neighborhood canvassing
• Meet homeowners, identify exterior damage, and set inspections
• Learn our sales process, estimating flow, and customer education approach
• Build a personal pipeline and manage follow-ups
• Represent the Refresh brand with professionalism and integrity
