** Job Overview**

MNRC is hiring Outside Sales Representatives for a field-based role helping homeowners restore their homes after storms.

This is not a desk job.

You will work in local neighborhoods, meet homeowners face-to-face, perform exterior inspections, and guide customers through the insurance restoration process.

** Responsibilities**

• Proactively engage homeowners in assigned territories
• Conduct exterior property inspections using MNRC’s process
• Identify and document hail, wind, and storm-related damage
• Explain findings to homeowners clearly and honestly
• Educate homeowners on MNRC’s restoration process
• Provide five-star service throughout the client experience
• Manage leads and follow-ups in our CRM
• Follow MNRC’s proven sales system
• Work closely with sales managers and production teams
• Represent MNRC professionally in every interaction

** Requirements**

• Experience in outside sales, direct sales, or customer-facing roles preferred (not required)
• Comfortable working door-to-door and speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and able to manage a territory
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Proficient with a smartphone and basic apps
• Willingness to climb ladders and walk roofs
