Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative based in Minneapolis, MN. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and developing new business opportunities. Key tasks include conducting outreach via phone, email, and other channels; introducing the company’s software solutions to prospective clients; qualifying leads; and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
- Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify and nurture potential clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with potential customers
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with sales automation tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
- Base salary $45,000 - $55,000
- On Target Earnings with incentives are $60,000 - $75,000 for demos booked and for contracts signed
