Delve Health helps researchers conduct clinical trials easier through our Clinical Study Pal platform, which collects vital health information from wearables, including patient-reported outcomes. The platform also automates patient engagement, providing reminders and instructions to keep patients on track. By tracking digital endpoints like heart rate and activity, researchers can see how treatments affect patients in real time. This data provides a clearer picture of patient outcomes, making studies more accurate, faster, and easier for both patients and researchers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect New Opportunities:
    Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking to build new sales leads.
  • Sales Development:
    Assist in developing strategies to generate new business opportunities within Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices.
  • Collaborative Sales Strategy:
    Work with the sales team to help refine marketing and sales approaches.
  • Learn and Grow:
    Maintain and analyze sales forecasts, help identify trends, and collaborate on improving sales processes.
  • Customer Focus:
    Build relationships with potential clients, make follow-up calls, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sales Execution:
    Support closing deals while ensuring professionalism and ethical practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to cold prospect and develop new business opportunities.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow within the clinical research industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on managing multiple leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office products.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
