Everyday Dose is a wellness company founded in 2021 that offers a health‑focused alternative to traditional caffeinated beverages, blending functional mushrooms, collagen, and nootropics. Everyday Dose has achieved early success as a primarily direct‑to‑consumer business and is now expanding into new channels and growing its team to meet increasing demand. As we continue expanding our retail presence, we’re looking for a dedicated Account Manager to lead our partnership with Target Corporation, one of our most strategic customers.
Position Overview:The National Account Manager will be responsible for owning and growing our Target business. This individual will be the primary point of contact for the buyer, broker and cross‑functional teams at both Target and internally. You’ll manage day‑to‑day account activity, drive execution excellence in‑store and online, and ensure the brand continues to thrive across Target’s physical and digital shelves.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main liaison between our brand, broker and Target’s buying and marketing teams
- Lead all line reviews, item setup, and assortment updates
- Manage in‑store promotional planning and execution, ensuring flawless coordination with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams
- Oversee digital marketing tactics on and other retailer media channels, optimizing visibility and conversion
- Coordinate digital marketing tactics driving to in‑store with Everyday Dose’s internal marketing team (e.g. email programs, Meta, Google, Influencer, Tik Tok)
- Develop and execute strategies for off‑shelf displays and secondary placements to drive incremental sales
- Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations to grow the category
- Partner closely with demand planning and operations to ensure accurate forecasting and on‑time delivery
- Analyze performance metrics, report on key KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- 3–5+ years of account management experience in CPG, preferably within food & beverage
- Experience managing major national retail accounts (Target experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of retail promotional planning, eCommerce marketing, and category management
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with cross‑functional teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen
IQ, or similar), and retailer portals
