About the RoleAccess Pro is expanding nationwide and seeking driven Multi‑Family Unit Specialists to represent our access solutions within assigned territories. This is a Monday–Friday, in‑the‑field sales role
, focused on building relationships with multi‑family property managers, owners, and decision‑makers.
This position is fully commission‑based
, designed for individuals who want full ownership over their income and growth. While this is primarily an in‑person, field‑based role,
approximately 20% of the work can be done remotely (follow‑ups, scheduling, account management).
You’ll be joining a fast‑growing, performance‑driven team that values accountability, consistency, and long‑term opportunity.
What You’ll Do- Prospect, engage, and build relationships with multi‑family housing properties within your assigned territory
- Conduct in‑person visits with property managers and decision‑makers
- Present and educate clients on Access Pro’s access solutions
- Manage your daily schedule, routes, and follow‑ups independently
- Track activity and progress using company systems
- Follow up remotely via phone/email as needed (approximately 20% of role)
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a commission‑only structure
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, real estate, property management, or multifamily housing is a plus (but not required)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable working Monday–Friday in a designated territory
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently in the field
