What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote the employer's Animal Nutrition brand by collaborating with local store management to drive product visibility and execute promotions
  • Conduct regular store visits within assigned territory to build relationships and support premium product sales
  • Serve as the primary communication link between field teams and internal departments such as marketing and supply chain
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key customer leaders to facilitate training events and growth activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful sales and marketing collateral
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related business field (e.g., Animal Science/Nutrition, Ag Business)
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and/or nutritional experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to interact well with customers and management
  • Proficient in sales data analysis and financial acumen
  • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays (75% travel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a consultative sales role within the agriculture or food production industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including experience with strategy presentations
  • Creative thinking abilities to develop new ideas and systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual tools
