What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate forecasts for the territory
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer accounts
  • Execute a basket selling approach to become the primary supplier in served product categories

    Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage expense reports according to guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Strong technical ability and product knowledge within relevant categories

    Willingness to travel 60-75% of the time, primarily by car, and must reside in the territory

  • Experience in customer-focused sales (CFS)
  • Expert-level knowledge of product applications within relevant categories
  • Competency in identifying leads and creating cross-selling opportunities
