What You’ll Do?

• Source off‑market residential properties through inbound leads, outreach, referrals, and partnerships
• Build relationships with sellers, agents, and wholesalers to unlock deal flow
• Analyze properties using comps, repair estimates, and investment models
• Make offers and negotiate win‑win purchase agreements
• Partner with our in‑house Dispositions team to drive contracts to close

• At least two years of experience in real estate, wholesaling, flipping, or direct sales
• Or strong sales background with a passion for real estate investing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and close deals with empathy and confidence
• Self‑motivated, data‑driven, and results‑oriented
• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one (we’ll help guide you)

• Strong earning potential: first‑year agents average $90K+ with top performers earning $200K+
• High‑volume deal flow: you’ll work more transactions in one year than most agents see in five
