Outside Sales Representative – Roofing & Exteriors

W2 | $100k–$120k+ First Year | Leads Provided

Roof Ninja Services is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to generate and close residential and commercial exterior projects (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, decks).

We are an established contractor (since 2014) operating in both storm restoration and retail markets. This is a structured W2 position with real earning potential and clear advancement through performance.

Compensation

• W2 Employment

• Uncapped commission

• Tiered commission structure with advancement

• Realistic first-year earnings: $100,000–$120,000+

• Higher earnings for top producers

• Commissions paid when funds are collected

Lead Flow

You will work a mix of:

• Company-provided leads

• Self-generated business (door knocking, B2B outreach, networking)

• Storm and retail opportunities

This is a field-based, performance-driven sales role.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled appointments

• Generate new opportunities in assigned territories

• Perform exterior property inspections

• Meet with homeowners and property managers

• Present solutions and close contracts

• Manage projects through completion

• Track pipeline and activity in CRM

Sales experience and Construction experience a bonus but not required. We train the right people.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather

• Smartphone capable of running CRM software

This is not a storm-chasing 1099 position.

This is a structured W2 opportunity with a clear commission path, dedicated leadership and year-round work through a mix of storm and retail projects.
