Job Overview

Property Casualty Sales Producer (Client Executive) – Join our P&C team in Minneapolis, MN. This role focuses on generating new sales leads, managing existing book of business, and promoting the agency in the community.

• Actively generate new sales leads through community activities, association meetings, and qualified sales calls to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Partner with internal team members or experts to develop appropriate coverages for prospect sales meetings and proposals.
• Collaborate with the client experience team to manage existing book of business.
• Maintain relationships with clients, addressing changes and delivering documents as needed.
• Attend all sales‑related activities and promote a positive attitude in support of agency growth.
• Effectively communicate the company’s position and industry solutions on latest trends.
• Be accountable for team commitments to customers and encourage team building and coaching.
• Promote the agency and insurance industry in the community.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

• Education:
  
  College degree preferred; not required.
• License:
  Ability to obtain or retain State‑specific licensing and industry specific professional designations within 90 days of hire.
• Experience:
  
  Commercial Property and Casualty sales experience preferred.
