Position Overview
Fooda is looking for a highly driven, outgoing, and competitive Account Executive to join our Minneapolis sales team. Account Executives are responsible for selling Fooda’s multiple products to B2B, mid‑market, and enterprise clients across numerous verticals.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to build relationships and schedule meetings with potential Fooda customers.
- Identify opportunities and create solutions for hybrid work environments that meet recognized needs while maximizing dollars and efficiency.
- Lead all steps of Fooda’s sales cycle, including presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with decision makers across mid‑market and enterprise companies in the Minneapolis region.
- Learn and understand the Fooda training program, including best practices within the sales process and managing activity in our CRM.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in connecting with new customers and show diligence with follow‑up communications to ensure a close.
- Collaborate with Fooda’s operations team in assigned markets to execute client launches and maintain productive, growing relationships.
- 4+ years of new business development experience with at least two years in an outside sales, closing capacity.
- Experience navigating decision makers across mid‑market and enterprise level companies.
- Strong goal‑oriented mindset, willing to do what it takes to win because results matter.
- Strategically minded with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Team‑player who thrives working autonomously.
- Successful at cold‑calling and utilizing sourcing strategies to reach decision makers.
- Excitement for a tech platform that enhances employees’ workplace experience and supports growth in local restaurants.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
