Job Overview
Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in the beer, wine and spirits industry. The role focuses on maximizing sales of supplier brands through effective planning, execution, and communication to achieve company and supplier objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by creating an efficient routing pattern, analyzes the account base, prepares and delivers professional sales presentations, maintains product levels, administers educational staff training, manages receivables, and addresses customer issues.
- Achieves sales and merchandising objectives by strategizing on pricing and product programming, working with management on inventory levels, attaining distribution and volume goals, ensuring brand visibility, collecting payments, supporting account openings, and participating in supplier work.
- Conducts safe and responsible interactions with the public while handling beverage alcohol product.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
- Results‑oriented professional with verbal and written communication, diplomacy, discretion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, work independently or in a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Analytic and reporting skills; sound judgement and problem‑solving ability.
- Capability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume team environment.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
Requires periods of standing, operating a computer and telephone, reaching overhead, squatting and bending, and carrying or lifting 45‑65 pounds.

Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 with base salary and commissions plus $2,400 annual car allowance. Eligible for a bonus program, health care benefits, life insurance, time‑off benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
