Job SummarySeeking an Outside B2B Account Executive for the southern Minneapolis market to manage a portfolio of business clients, cultivate relationships, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Travel locally to potential prospects in the southern Minneapolis market and surrounding areas.
- Actively present Bottleless Nation and premium products to new businesses.
- Cold call companies within your territory.
- Follow up on provided and self-generated leads and referrals.
- Update CRM, complete all paperwork accurately and timely.
- Drive new business with a hunter mindset.
- Maintain a personable, energetic, tenacious, commission-driven attitude.
- Be activity-minded with solid planning and time management skills.
- Self-starter with strong prospecting skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Outside B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
- Base salary plus uncapped monthly commission and monthly bonuses.
- 401(k) with company match.

- Large local and protected territories with exclusive partnerships.
- Field, classroom, and ongoing training/support.
- Annual President's Club trip for exceptional performers.
- Realistic first-year total compensation earning potential of $100,000 – $120,000.
- Unlimited income potential; no caps on commission or monthly bonuses.
- Top 20% earn between $200,000 and $250,000 annually.
