Sky Water is partnering with awell-established industrial safety equipment manufacturerhiring its first-ever North American Sales Manager. The President has been carrying national sales responsibility alongside other executive duties and is ready to hand it off. This is a ground-floor leadership role at a profitable, technically driven niche manufacturer with decades of market presence. The right person will own the number, lead a small field team, and build on a strong foundation including a real knowledge transfer from two retiring senior reps.

Candidates with backgrounds in food manufacturing, animal feed, grain handling, wood products, or industrial fixed fire suppression will find the customer base and selling environment immediately familiar. This is an education-based sale where technical credibility wins accounts and keeps them. Total compensation is $210K-$230K+.
