Trillium Construction is hiring for a Sales Representative / Estimator with one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the Midwest.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with roofing estimating experience and a strong background selling shingles and siding projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, performing roof inspections, preparing estimates and proposals, and selling commercial and industrial roofing services.
Responsibilities- Self-generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking events, and relationship building
- Market company services through site visits, roof inspections, and proposal generation
- Prepare estimates, budgets, pricing, and forecasts for roofing, shingles, and siding projects
- Sell commercial and industrial roofing services to new and existing clients
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings and office visits
- Coordinate with service management and crews to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule
- Meet with service crews to review project scope and customer expectations
- Revisit project sites to verify customer satisfaction and quality of completed work
- Maintain organized sales tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities
- Grow market share and develop long‑term customer relationships

Qualifications- Previous construction or industrial sales experience required
- Commercial roofing experience and knowledge required
- Estimating experience within roofing projects preferred
- Experience selling shingles and siding projects required
- Proven ability to grow business and develop new accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Strong math, computer, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to sell and problem‑solve
- Excellent time management and follow‑up skills
