Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Manager – Western Region
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Western Region to drive our growth in the HVAC & Refrigeration industry. As the Regional Sales Manager, Western Region you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that target both existing and new markets in your region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong experience in selling through rep firms or to distributors.

What You’ll Do:
As a Regional Sales Manager – Western Region
, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans with a focus on growth through rep firms and distributors
- Managing and expanding sales with independent rep firms and distributors in your assigned region
- Maintaining and growing sales with existing customers, especially through rep firms or distributor channels
- Identifying and qualifying new customers and developing new business opportunities through distributor relationships
- Monitoring competitor products, sales, and marketing activities and adjusting your strategy to ensure continued growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry influencers, key strategic partners, and rep firms
- Leading the sales forecasting process, setting and achieving performance goals
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products
- Assisting with troubleshooting product issues and supporting sales reps in distributor or rep firm channels
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 2+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, with a focus on selling through rep firms or to distributors
- Proven success in managing large territories and working with distributor channels or rep firms
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and rep firms
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of sales management experience in manufacturing, with extensive experience in selling through rep firms or distributors
- Experience with HVAC/R product lines
