Job Summary

Join our team as a Sales Executive – Business Development in the Minneapolis, MN area. In this role, you will manage your own local portfolio and proactively pursue and build relationships with potential customers, identifying complex technology solutions to support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new opportunities outside the existing customer base
  • Learn and sell innovative technological solutions
  • Continuously learn and use technological tools such as our CRM
  • Learn solution selling methodology, such as Sandler, and apply it
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization
  • Identify complex technology solutions using industry‑leading support systems
Qualifications

5+ years of relevant sales expertise or a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. Proven ability to prospect, close deals, and build relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hiring range: $115,500 – $151,620
  • Variable compensation:
    Sales incentive based on achievement of sales targets
