• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain).
• Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.

• Competitive base + commission + bonus structure.
• Realistic earning potential of $75,000–$100,000+, with high performers earning $100,000–$125,000+.
