On Site Companies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage key customer accounts and aggressively pursue new business opportunities throughout the Twin Cities and beyond. The ideal candidate is a high-energy "hunter" who thrives on hitting goals, partners seamlessly with our sales and operations teams, and provides the world-class customer service our clients have expected for over 35 years.

• Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.
• Consultative Selling: Create accurate quotes for customers and follow up diligently with new and existing customers.
• Product Expertise: Become the "go-to" expert for our sanitation, safety, and climate control solutions, providing technical guidance to customers or other team members.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our sales, customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and service effectiveness.
• Market Growth: Help expand our footprint by identifying emerging local projects and opportunities.

• You have a Hunter Mentality: You are an experienced sales professional who enjoys generating your own leads through cold calls, research, and networking.
• You are Results-Driven: You possess strong communication skills and are determined to provide rapid follow-ups, always listening to the customer’s needs to find the perfect solution.
• You are Tech-Savvy: You have the computer skills necessary to navigate CRM tools (Salesforce/Hub Spot) and the Microsoft Office suite efficiently.

• Minimum of two-year previous sales experience, preferably in the construction market
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be able to present to all different levels
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM, Salesforce)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
