We’re looking for someone who can acquire new accounts and then continue to manage and grow those accounts as if it’s their own book of business. This candidate must be able to work the complete sales cycle from finding the decision‑maker to closing the deal. The role requires discipline, quick learning, self‑sufficiency, and consistent effort. Successful candidates are rewarded with better opportunities and an uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities- Achieve activity metric goals such as cold calls, account touches, and pipeline numbers.
- Research each account to find the correct department and decision maker using tools like Zoom Info and Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Work through the entire sales cycle from outreach to contract signature.
- Give presentations and demos to prospects and customers.
- Maintain and grow your book of business.
- Become a subject matter expert to find solutions that fit customers’ needs.
- Submit responses to RFPs.
- Use Salesforce to manage Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, and Tasks.
- Work with customers on contract changes, additions, escalations, and renewals.
- Achieve quarterly quotas and maintain a strong contract renewal rate.
- Hardworking and proactive in creating new business.
- Cold‑calling, prospecting, and closing skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and time‑management skills.
- Disciplined and organized.
- Enthusiasm and ability to learn about DC Group, industry, processes, and customers.
- Detail oriented with logical thinking skills.
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills.
- Positive attitude and professional representation of DC Group.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging, and changing work environment.
- 2+ years of business‑to‑business sales experience.
- Experience working a longer sales cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience with a CRM system.
- Competitive base rate of $26–$36 hourly, depending on experience (approximately $55,000–$75,000 annually).
- Uncapped commission structure providing strong earning potential based on performance.
- Non‑exempt position.
