Account Manager, NPWT role is about making an impact on people s health and well-being every day. As part of the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team, you will call on OR and acute care facilities to provide key brands Pico and Renasys for all types of wound injuries on patients.
Responsibilities- Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals applying excellent sales skills, territory management skills and customer relationships.
- Utilize sales abilities to call on acute care facilities to promote key brands such as Pico, Renasys, and other products.
- Use product knowledge to educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products.
- Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups, and conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups.
- Build the business through the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
- Bachelor s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B or medical sales experience, preferably within the OR setting.
- Ability to present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings.
- Strong analytical skills including pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management. Proven success with a complex sales process.
- Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account.
- Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).
- All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete our credentialing process, which often includes COVID-19 vaccine management.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will be based on factors such as job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geography, and internal equity. It is not typical to hire at the high end of the range for this role. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on targets.
