About the RoleThis is a ground-floor opportunity for an ambitious, self-driven Senior Account Executive to build a territory from scratch. No inherited book of business. No hand-holding. Just you, your hustle, and an incredible portfolio of imaging solutions behind you. What You’ll Do- Prospect relentlessly — cold calls, networking, referrals, Linked In outreach — you name it, you do it
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Midwest region
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close
- Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in imaging, document management, technology, or related fields
- Proven track record of new business development — not just account management
- A competitive, resilient mindset with a burning desire to win
- Strong prospecting skills and the confidence to open doors at all levels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but results speak louder than credentials
