Total Displays is a full-service trade show exhibit house with more than 40 years in business. We manage every part of a client’s trade show presence, including design, production, graphics, freight, labor, storage, fulfillment, and full program management. As a family-owned company, we compete on relationships and execution rather than size, and three principles guide every client interaction: listen, collaborate, and achieve.

We are investing in growth, and new business development is at the center of that plan.

Position Summary

We are seeking a hunter-minded Account Executive to win net-new accounts. This role prospects, develops, and closes new business across our full range of trade show services. Once a new account’s first project is delivered, an account manager assumes day-to-day relationship management, and the Account Executive continues to earn commission on that account’s repeat business at a reduced rate. Your focus stays where you do your best work: opening doors and closing new logos.

This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who is energized by prospecting, comfortable owning a deal start to finish, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and develop net-new business across target B2B industries, including food, medical device, packaging, energy, software and technology, and industrial manufacturing.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, trade show and industry event attendance, referrals, and inbound follow-up.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership on positioning, proposals, and pricing strategy.
  • Transition won accounts to an account manager for ongoing delivery while retaining a commission stake in repeat business from accounts you originate.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity records in Hub Spot.
  • Consistently meet or exceed new-business revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated B2B sales experience with a track record of opening and closing new accounts.
  • Comfort owning the full sales cycle and self-generating pipeline through proactive outbound effort.
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
  • Proficiency with CRM and standard sales tools (Hub Spot experience a plus).
  • Willingness to travel periodically to trade shows, client sites, and industry events.

We are open to a range of experience levels. An experienced sales professional with a proven hunting track record is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in trade shows, exhibits, events, experiential marketing, or a related B2B services industry.
  • An established network within one or more of our target verticals.
  • A history of success in a commission-driven, new-business sales role.
Compensation & Logistics

Base salary of $55,000 to $60,000 plus uncapped commission.
