Visual Merchandising Partner, A&A

Pay Range: $58,100.00 – $. Pay is based on factors such as market, education, work experience, and certifications.

• Support holistic in‑store presentations for division cycle work.
• Implement cyclical presentations and division initiatives based on cycle brief and concepts while maintaining Store Experience’s strategy and brand presentation standards.
• Prepare for leader alignment by supporting physical and digital build‑outs to ensure all product and signage are accounted for and set.
• Translate the most common layout to all versions to scale successfully.
• Support signage needs including price sign details and photo production needs, including sample coordination.
• Assist with division‑specific off‑cycle projects as needed.
• Partner with the Presentation CFT to ensure successful delivery of work.
• Create and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and leaders.

• Four‑year degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant retail, visual merchandising and/or marketing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage relationships with team and key business partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred:
  Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, and Smartsheet.

This position will operate as Hybrid/Flex for Your Day. Core duties must be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location assigned and virtually, depending on the role, team, and tasks required for that day.
