This role focuses on customer engagement, technology, and mobility product education, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs to upgrade their lifestyle.

Technology Sales Consultant

Entry-Level | Full-Time | In-Person Position

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers in person and provide exceptional customer service
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of technology and mobility products and services
  • Recommend solutions based on customer lifestyle needs
  • Support new customer acquisitions and account activations
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Meet individual and team performance goals
  • Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
