Minnesota Canvas is a Minneapolis-based outsourced marketing and sales firm that specializes in face-to-face brand representation, customer acquisition, and community outreach campaigns for nonprofit organizations and charitable causes. We help our partners connect directly with supporters through live events, promotional campaigns, and in-person engagement.
We are currently hiring an Event Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, customer-facing sales role where you will represent client campaigns at events, engage with members of the public, and help drive campaign growth through direct conversations and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities- Engage customers at live events, pop‑up locations, and promotional activations
- Engage members of the public in face‑to‑face conversations
- Communicate campaign goals, products, and services clearly and confidently
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers and supporters
- Generate sales, sign‑ups, or customer acquisitions on behalf of clients
- Answer questions and provide outstanding customer service
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence interacting with new people in face‑to‑face environments

No previous sales experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing coaching for successful candidates.
