Hourly pay: $25.75/hr - $32.00/hr (pay increases in range with electrical parts sales experience brought to role)
Compensation for this position includes hourly pay, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.
What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you will accurately and efficiently process customer purchase orders, back orders, credits, return authorizations, quotations, and other sales‑related functions. This may be received directly from the customer delegated by Account Manager or Account Representative.
On a typical day, you will:
- Take orders over the phone, and through email
- Provide 2nd level support for Counter Sales
- Assist customers with product explanations, pricing, availability, and suggest additional/related items that are helpful or required.
- Maintain knowledge of and promote our entire e‑business platform.
- Call the Credit Department as needed regarding credit hold orders.
- Assemble drawings and cut sheets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years’ experience in customer‑facing role.
- Willingness to learn about our products through on‑the‑job training
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience in the electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or construction industries.
- 1‑2 years of post‑secondary education or equivalent experience
