Blue Dolly Moving & Storage is a fast-growing moving and storage company in the Twin Cities. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to generate new partnerships, build referral relationships, and drive revenue growth throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro.

Unlike a traditional sales role, this position is focused on creating business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building. You'll be responsible for developing your own book of business and building partnerships that generate long-term moving and storage opportunities.

• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Build relationships with realtors, property managers, apartment communities, senior living facilities, and local businesses
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events
• Make outbound calls, emails, and visits to prospective partners
• Generate moving and storage opportunities through strategic partnerships
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of referral partners and prospects
• Track activity and opportunities within the CRM
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
